SHY are touring.......Tony Mills has confiirmed that the band are rehearsing for a tour of Spain. The band are liklely to tour in other European countries, but no venues have been confirmed yet.

However these are the latest details from Tony Mills himself (14/06/2005)..below

" SHY are in rehearsals to play UK & European shows this year. We have a Spanish Festival with

Harem Scarem & Dare in October and oddly enough have been asked to support them in UK too in

September.  Shows in Italy, Sweden, Germany & other shows in Spain & the UK are now planned.

So some fans will finally get what they've been asking for quite a while now.Sunset & Vine has been received

real well and the tour will primarily be to enlighten people with regard to that album as well  as venting

some of the older material as well. We intend to mix electric an acoustic set for these shows "

Shy are penned into play Stourbridge Rock Cafe with Marshall Law & Dante Fox in support on October 14th.

Another U.K. date at the Crewe Limlight club looks likely in October. Not confimed. Keep checking AOROCK.co.uk & AOROCK.com for details.

For now I'm going to concentrate on a tour that is being rehearsed for a tour of Spain at the moment. I will give details of the Spanish Tour as soon as I have any further details. I am in contact with Tony Mills and I'll tell you as soon as dates are confirmed.

The tour will be in support of Shy's current album "Sunset & Vine". album

The album is doing really well . It is already a top 3 seller across HMV stores in Japan.

In Europe "Sunset & Vine" is getting excellent press, and selling well, Tony Mills had this to say:

"The Press for Sunset & Vine is raging from Greece to Russia at the moment, and is receiving very promising chart positions in different countries."

Tony Mills went onto explain that the show would be a 17 track show, both electric and acoustic., lasting aproximately an hour and a half long.

I'm not sure what tracks the band will be playing yet, and to be honest I think it's more interesting to go and see, than know, but I'm guessing that the majority of the show will probably be from Excess All Areas, Unfinished  Business and obviously from current release Sunset & Vine.

So the band are currently rehearsing for Spain. Hopefully other European countries will follow. It seems that Germany and Sweden are being looked at the moment. No dates confimed yet.
